Thanks for that information and I've found the RF delay setting, which will ensure that my amp isn't hot switched.

Anan G2 PTT query
I would be grateful for some information/advice on the PTT system on the G2. I intend using a headset and footswitch with my G2 and utilising the 3.5mm PTT jack socket on the rear panel to activate the PTT. The G2 User Guide show the connections for the 3.5mm jack plug to connect with the rear panel...
