Yaesu VL-1000 amp with 7000 DLE MKII

Greetings all, I have a Quadra amp I would like to control from the 7000, So has anyone have an idea how to control the amp for band following
Via Cat if possible.
If not Cat then if someone has done this via cable I would like to know which was used the DB15 or the DIN on the Quadra to the DB9 0n the 7000.
Also if someone has a picture they could post or email me of the settings in Thetis OC Control what is ticked to make this work as i do not want to
Damage anything so any help would be awesome

I don't have a Quadra, but a quick look at the manual shows that it does not support CAT, only the Yaesu 4 bit band data interface. So it would have to be a cable of some kind between the DE9 open collector outputs and the Quadra band data inputs.
