Two midi controllers at same time?

Is it possible to have 2 controllers connected to the Anan (in my case the 7000dle Mk2) at the same time controlling different things in Thetis?

Yes, that will work. But any function can only be assigned to a single MIDI control.

To clarify just a bit, Scott is correct, a function can only be assigned to a single control on any single controller. You can, however, assign the same function to controls on different controllers (once for each controller). I do this with the Behringer PL-1 and Micro.
