Lately there has been a lot of discussion regarding sales, delivery, warranty and repair issues. There really wasn't a good sub-forum in which to capture these issues, so I have created one.

Such discussions often involve strong emotions. Please be polite.

Unpolite posts may be subject to moderator action to keep things civil.

The volunteer forum moderators do not work for and have no financial ties to Apache Labs. We cannot answer your questions or solve your problems from a sales, service, support or business perspective. Please understand that.

Thanks,

Scott

Hi everyone.
Is it normal that support of Apache Labs doesn't react on emails?
I have send four emails without answer at all!

Sadly, your experience is normal and typical for a lot of people trying to contact Apache.

Part of this is because the Apache mail server is blocked by many different other mail servers around the world.

The only suggestions I have is to try sending from a different email address and to make sure to check the spam folder.
