Greetings all-

I'm just trying to calibrate what to expect from Apache Labs. I have been looking at the G2 w/display for the past few months, and emailed questions to the support email. Those emails went unanswered. Finally decided to order a rig based on reviews online. So I ordered a G2 w/display a few weeks ago - the deposit payment was processed but never received an email confirmation.

My account did update as ordered with deposit. Fast forward to a week ago, when I got the final invoice for the remaining funds. Paid the balance on 10 June 24 (and was processed) though my order status has not been updated in my account nor did I receive shipping info or an email.....if this is normal, I won't worry, but can't help thinking my $4K went into the ether.

from my reading on this forum, I should have received some type of email?

Look at the forum at the top of the main page. Apache labs News. There are threads there from buyers of the G2 radios telling about their experience from initial deposit to final payment and notice of shipping. That should give you an idea of what to expect at this point.
Actual shipping from date of final payment may take a few days to several weeks.

Must have jumped the gun too soon...got a response today from Apache Labs...all is well and I'm extremely happy. I'll post when I get my new radio in a week or so.
