G2 Ultra VFO encoder issue

Hello,

Today I found a problem on my G2 Ultra, the dial stopped working, the rest of the knobs and buttons on the panel work perfectly.
The problem occurs in both, Thetis with p2app and pihpsdr.
First step, I have tried to update p2app, pihpsdr, reflashing FPGA without success.
I don't have the schematics of the front panel, but it seems the problem could be in the Arduino Nano Every board.
The dial encoder seems well because in a scope I can see the pulses in the encoder outputs.
The encoder signals come to the Arduino board pin 8 and 9 which are GPIO.

I think the fault perhaps a software corruption of the Arduino, or some of the two GPIOs of the ATMega is broken.
I would like reflashing the Arduino to check it, and if it doesn't work changing the Arduino board, but in any case I would need the software.

Does anyone have the software for this board?
The p2app information shows the front panel info G2V2 HW 2, S/W 9.

Problem fixed!
It seems the firmware was corrupted.
Re-uploading the software to the Arduino board the VFO encoder began to work.
