I did a fresh Raspberry Pi OS and updated (2022-01-28-raspios-buster-armhf) and installed pihpsdr.

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade && sudo apt-get install -f

wget -N https://github.com/g0orx/pihpsdr/raw/ma ... ihpsdr.tar

tar xvf pihpsdr.tar

cd pihpsdr

If I either double click on the desktop icon i get another screen that shows up and gives the choice to "execute", "execute in terminal" etc.
clicking one either choice shows the hour glass and the nothing happens.

more info,

if I try to start the program from the terminal by going to the pihpsdr directory and typing pihpsdri I get

"error while loading shared libraries :Libgpiod.so.2: cannot open shared object file :no such file or directory"

I then did a

run sudo apt-get install libgpiod2

And it starts now. hope this helps someone!
