Variable %vfoasub% now displays no data regardless if SubRX is enabled or not.

If RX2 is disabled, SubRX will use VfoB. If rx2 is enabled, SubRX will use VfoASub

I get that, just cant get the %vfoasub% variable to display anything regardless of RX2 and SubRX conditions. Will keep playing with it.

i think it shows if you are on rx2, the %subavfo% tag is added to an RX1 container, and split is selected

I can probably fix it quickly, and might just replace the files up on github.. Gimmie 5

I installed dev_6 and now the Auto Launch at startup no longer sees my DDUtil_v3.exe.
I reverted back to dev_5b along with it's database and it works fine.
Something in dev _6 has changed.

I installed it to test and it seems like it becomes invisible, and ends up as an icon in the task tray with no options. It might be caused by the fact I am using a process start flag to start the window hidden. This was not a problem when I was testing with other exe's. I can make a change where that is not done for .exe's and only do it for bat/cmd otherwise a console window will show.

I'll make a quick update in a few mins and update github. Will post again when done.

Hey all,

I have just released dev_6 (updated to dev_6b). I was going to hold off for a week or so, but with the nature of some of the recent fixes I felt it worth while in doing a build release. Notes are below.

Thanks to all that gave feedback and found issues in the last one. I am working on bringing external IO to the MultiMeters via TCP/IP and UDP. Hopefully by next weekend it should be good to go.

I noticed in the sub receiver when you switch from USB to LSB the filter still displays as if you are in USB mode.

I am not experiencing this issue running Thetis v2.10.3.6 dev_6b. If I select the Sub RX, either RX2 or VFO B, If I change from LSB to USB the filter changes over accordingly.

The RF2K does have an API that could be scraped to gather this data to show in Thetis.

Yes, I too run the 2.4k rx filter.

cant say i have seen any issues with the filter widths when switching lsb/usb. Each mode stores the filter in use, so if you have different filters selected for lsb/usb then they will switch when the mode is changed. However setting lsb/usb to use the same filter should be doable.

Hello, I just did a search on LSB and RX2 since I was experiencing a similar issue and found this post. I'm running Thetis v2.10.3.6x64 dev_7 on a Windows 10 desktop PC. I had been running Diversity reception so had the Phasing control window button set to Enable and the VFO Sync button was enabled as well.

1. Disabled Diversity and VFO sync buttons in the Phasing Control window.
2. set both RX1 and RX2 bandwidths to 2.4K.
3. click on RX2 button for LSB and then to USB
4. observe that the LSB and USB buttons change to active as requested; however, the Window on the Panafall display for RX2 has not changed from USB.
5. This is the issue

A variant to this behaviour can be seen if:
6. the user clicks on RX2 button for bandwidth 2.7K
7. observe that the LSB and USB buttons switch to active; however, the Window on the Panafall display for RX2 has not changed from USB.
8. the same issue happens if the user then changes the active bandwidth to 2.9K.

To workaround the anomaly:
9. the user must change to 3.3K as the active bandwidth. Then the bandwidth can be switched to 2.9K, 2.7K, 2.4K and the LSB mode works OK.

This is a good bug!

you are reporting an issue about dev_7 in a dev_6 thread, when there is now a dev_8 thread and a dev_8b build. Try a newer build and report into the related thread.
