Thetis not transmitting with WSJT-x

Hello,
I had to reinstall my Thetis as I had done something and had no idea what I had done, so it was easier to perform a reinstall.
I have an issue where WSJT-x appears to send a carrier in Thetis but after an hour or so I check on pskreporter and I have not transmitted at all.
I have some screenshots but for the likes of me I am unable to see what is happening.
I did use the Measuring and adjusting guide at
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3574 before posting..
I am hoping someone is able to help me, Thank You.

What's your callsign? We can check other source for your transmissions.
Have you checked your time at
http://time.is?

I checked VK5MN and whist rx'ing ok, no signals received by other stations for VK5MN
edit: I assume the 6w is getting out

I thought I was getting out, but appears not too..
I have been trying for about 3 days now...
As you can see in the first pic, its a weird signal, if you call it that...

that looks fine. Perhaps switch on DUP and see what the TX is like. Also use MON to 'hear' if it sounds ok. Only other thing is perhaps for some reason it is off frequency and outside the rx width of other stations?

Please post screen shots of WSJT-X both receiving and transmitting.

It sounds to me like there are two signals in there very closely spaced...

In File/Settings/Advanced make sure you do NOT have Tone Spacing X2 or X4 checked.

Once I have done that, I can hear it through my speakers, I can even see my self in JTAlert,
